14. The purpose !
The purpose of my paper is to voice my opinion on what I have gathered not only from what I have researched but what I have been told by someone from their experience of lacking respect to nurses. This is to bring it to others attention that nurses don't have it easy they are constantly under a bunch of stress and should be appreciated for it. A nursing graduate shouldn't be scared or feel uncomfortable to ask questions because we are all human no one will know how to start off their career they have never done before by not asking questions! That's just nonsense they shouldn't be treated like they are unknowledgeable or belittled because they don't have the years if experience others may have! We all have to start somewhere and I know no one spent all the time and money to be treated how some nurses are being treated!

I can tell you this Doctors that loose the arrogance and care about their profession will all tell you Nurses have the hardest job and how much they respect them!
ReplyDeleteIt's not so much other medical professions disrespecting nurses as is the patients doing the damage. A nice, pleasant patient who doesn't see the difficulties presented in the rest of the nurse's job will simply misunderstand the stress and jump to the conclusion that their nurses have it easy. Some high and mighty doctors will also make the same assumption and it doesn't work well for anyone.
